De Crespigny Park is a supported accommodation project managed by Metropolitan Housing Association with care provided by South London and Maudsley NHS Trust for people with severe and enduring mental health problems.
The scheme comprises 10 one-bedroom flats designed to Lifetime Home standards, two wheelchair-accessible flats and associated communal and staff areas. The accommodation is contained in a new building constructed behind two retained 19th century facades.
The site offers natural benefits in the form of a south facing rear facade and several large, mostly deciduous mature trees in the rear garden. Each flat has access to views of the garden and south light and the larger communal spaces have a more direct relationship to nature.
